PENTECOST SUNDAY

In the lead up to Pentecost Sunday, 23 May 2021, Archbishop Anthony Fisher OP has released his Ninth Pastoral Letter to the Clergy and Faithful of Sydney during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

The Sydney Centre for Evangelisation has produced a suite of parish resources to complement Archbishop Fisher’s Pastoral Letter which can be made available to parishioners in the lead up to the Solemnity of Pentecost (23 May). These include intercessory prayers for your parish or faith community, a guide to help you pray for and practically encourage the return of parishioners to regular worship, and opportunities to train your people for this evangelising outreach.

Extend a warm invitation to those families in your neighbourhood, whether Catholic, of a different faith, or otherwise, to come and visit the parish community.
